Head on Accident Delays Traffic On Hwy 76 At Bethlehem Rd.
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – We have a two vehicle head on motor vehicle accident on Highway 76 at the Bethlehem Rd intersection. (Map) The accident initially closed Hwy 76 and Bethlehem Rd.
Later one lane of Highway 76 was re-opened.
Though one person was transported via EMS, only minor injuries have been initially reported, however Highway 76 is currently moving slowly. Expect delays. Hwy 76 should be cleared by 10:00PM
Cross Plains Fire, Robertson County EMS, Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, Robertson County Sheriff’s Office and the THP all responded to the scene.
As soon as more information is made available to us, we will bring it to you.
UPDATE: According to Deputy Director Kenny Hardaway with the Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, the road is now OPEN.
